Is a security deposit required?
Security deposits are required. Depending on the vehicle, the deposit can range from $1,000 to $7,000. If no damages are incurred during the rental period, the cash deposit retainers will be refunded. We will provide you with an onsite evaluation if any damage is discovered once the vehicle is returned, and the deposit will be deducted accordingly.
Do I need insurance to rent a car?
It is the renter’s responsibility to provide proof of an active insurance policy in the name of the primary renter. Insurance coverage must cover collisions, comprehensives, and liability for your rental. Your full coverage insurance will cover you in all 50 states. You can use American Express’s “Premium Insurance” as your primary insurance while renting.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
You must be at least 25 years old to rent a car. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.
Which kinds of payment methods are accepted?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all accepted. Checks are accepted if delivered 7-10 days before rental if they are cashier’s checks or personal checks. They can also be used as a form of payment for damages sustained during a rental.
Is car delivery offered?
We offer airport escorts to Miami International Airport, Opa Locka Private Airport, Ft. Lauderdale International/private Airport, O’Hare Airport, Midway International Airport, and surrounding areas.
Can I add another driver?
Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement, the same rules and regulations apply for additional drivers such as age (25yrs old), full coverage insurance, and a clean driving record.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Upon making a reservation, we authorize your credit card for a non-refundable 20%-40% of the total rental cost. The reservation fee can also be wired or mailed to us. In case of unforeseen events such as severe weather and/or natural disasters, the cancellation fees may be waived.
Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
All drivers are responsible for their own driving citations, driving tickets, and towing expenses.
Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.
Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.
Can I return my car a day or more early?
We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the number of days left during your rental period.
How long does it take to get my car delivered?
We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and a 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.

How many miles do I get?
Miles are dependent on the rental vehicle obtained. If you surpass those miles you will be charged an additional $4.00 per mile. For most vehicles, we provide 100-200 miles per day. These fees are applied only when vehicles are returned and discounted from the deposit.
Can I go anywhere with my rental car?
